We met the chaps from Coisbo at the Alltech Brews and Food conference, and were so impressed with their beers that on the first night we offered to buy from them anything left over at the end of the festival. As luck would have it all of their beers won medals in the Dublin Beer Cup, and one of their beers, the Russian Imperial Stout was crowned the overall champion. The thirsty masses descended and there was not a lot left for us to bring back to Stoneybatter. We decided to put the precious cases we have to good use and pair them with the best of Irish produce for a small beer dinner on Wednesday. To book email table@lmulligangrocer.com
