Early January each year we start to stockpile Irn Bru, tune the bagpipes, and dig our sporrans out of the sock drawer. Sunday 25th January marks our annual Burns Supper in honour of Scotland's national poet. As it is a Sunday, we will be commencing somewhat earlier than usual, but that leaves plenty of time for haggis-eating, whisky tasting and poetry reciting. Kilts are welcome, but not mandatory.
